Create a form

The form module is extremely powerful!  Basic forms are very easy to create and you can also create more complicated forms involving multiple steps and/or logic.  

IMPORTANT: Users hate filling out forms!  You must make your forms as simple and with the least amount of entry possible.

 

FOR SECURITY

The CAPTCHA element MUST be added to every form on your site.

  • Go to Shortcuts > Forms

    Go to Shortcuts > Forms

  • Click +Add Webform

    +Add Webform button

  • Enter a title for the form

    NOTE: The title is used for embedding forms on a webpage. The title does not display on the form itself.

  • Select elements, one by one, to add to the form
